Ice Cream Cone Summer Craft for Kids

Summer wouldn't be complete without a yummy, drippy ice cream cone!
And that is the inspiration for this easy and fun Ice cream cone craft for kids! A perfect craft for summer, or anytime of the year. Because in my opinion, every day is a good day for ice cream.
(P..S. Popsicles are also pretty good)

Supplies:

How to Make it:
  1. Cut out a tall triangle from the brown craft foam.
  2. Cut out at least 3 ice cream scoop shapes from any colors of craft foam you'd like. The shape is basically a half circle on the top, with a little bit of a puffy cloud shape on the bottom.
  3. Use the tan construction paper and cut out 6 very thin strips.
  4. Glue the tan paper strips cross ways on the cone, then cut off the edges that overhang. This will give it the waffle cone look.
  5. One at a time, glue the ice cream shapes to the top of the cone and then on top of each other.
  6. Let dry and all done!
