Feb. 11 - Cooking: Heart Rolls

LM picked himself a Cooking heart off our Valentine's Tree today! So with the assistance of my new BFF: my Bread-Machine (which I've always wanted, and joyously received from some friends not long ago), we made Heart Rolls!

Since the Bread Machine did most of the work, we saved our energy for the funnest part of all: shaping the sticky dough into images that sort of resemble hearts. Each heart turned out a bit different, and though LM couldn't quite get a heart shape to emerge due to the stickiness of the situation, he did manage to make a little snake (pictured above the big heart on the left).

Definitely not gourmet, but they turned out pretty good. And LM sure loved eating them!
